Every Singapore company carries a fixed load of statutory work: bookkeeping, tax filings, ACRA deadlines, payroll, corporate secretarial duties. None of it grows your business, but all of it can hurt you when it slips. We exist so that founders never have to think about it.
How we work.
Some providers promise a low price and then spring extra fees on you later. We do the opposite: we ask for all the information we need upfront, then give you one fully inclusive quote.
We promise only what we can do, then give even more. You get a named team you can reach on WhatsApp or over a coffee, speaking plain English rather than accounting jargon.

Patrick came to this as an operator rather than an accountant: eleven years running client-facing businesses at IG and StoneX, in Australia, Japan and Singapore. A lot of the work here is translation, taking accounting and corporate governance and putting them in terms a founder can act on. He started out needing exactly that.
Daniel Meka
Co-Founder
Daniel handles the technology and data behind Duellix. That's the engine our service runs on. Fourteen years in financial markets got him here: quantitative analysis, dealing desks in four countries, and all three levels of the CFA Program. That work doesn't forgive a mistake. Nor does a filing deadline or a set of accounts - which is the point.
Behind the two of us is a team across Singapore and the Philippines, and a stack of automation that handles the repetitive parts. The split is deliberate. Work that needs judgement gets a person. Work that has to be identical every month gets a machine. It is a large part of why we can publish fixed prices rather than quote by the hour.
