* Basic and above run on cloud accounting software, typically Xero (QuickBooks works too). The licence is charged separately from the package. Already have one? Bring it. If not, we can arrange it. As a Xero partner our rate is below Xero's list price and we pass it on rather than marking it up, along with any sign-up discount Xero is running. Xero publishes current pricing.
** A transaction is any sale or expense we record, so 10 invoices out and 15 receipts in comes to 25. Running a POS or anything like it? All your sales for the period count once, because we work from the summary it produces rather than the individual till receipts.

Incorporation & corporate secretarial
Corporate secretarial is priced by how many shareholders we keep records for. It covers a resident company secretary, your routine filings and registers, and the S$60 ACRA annual return fee. Everything else below is a flat fee.

Pricing FAQs
- Do your prices include government fees?
- Yes. Incorporation includes the S$315 of ACRA fees, corporate secretarial includes the S$60 ACRA annual return fee, and visa fees include the MOM charges. The price you see is the price you pay.
- What counts as a transaction in the accounting packages?
- Both sales and expenses count. 10 sales invoices plus 15 expense receipts? That’s 25 transactions. And if you run a POS system (or anything like it), your sales count as just one transaction for the period. We work from the sales summary your system spits out, so you’re not paying bookkeeping rates for till receipts.
- What if my company outgrows its package?
- You can move up a package at any time, or add transaction blocks as needed. We review the fit with you rather than surprising you with an invoice.
- How am I billed?
- Most services bill yearly in advance. Payroll and EOR bill monthly, and one-off services bill on engagement.
